Attending a court appearance can be daunting as she is focused on getting the safest outcomes while having to face her abuser. She often forgets about her own self care and this can impact her coping throughout the day.
A care package will provide her with more than just the items in the package, it provides the knowledge that others support her and believe in her right to a safe and healthy family.
