Our Mission
The Youth Center is first and foremost a shelter, a place of reference and companionship open to all children aged between 12 and 17 years of age.
About MAISON DES JEUNES LA PIAULE DE BOUCHERVILLE
"The Piaule" is a place of meeting, listening and support for young people aged 12 to 17. It is an environment where kids and adults work together on a voluntary basis, to create a place for the exchange, communication and personal development.
Each year, the YC organizes over a hundred recreational activities. Teenagers also have the opportunity to be involved in the organization and financing of several projects.
Computer stations with Internet access and several games (pool, foosball, Play Station, etc..) are available to visitors. Trained personnel are always available to listen and help when needed.
"The Piaule" welcomes an average of 30 children per day on weekends and 20 on weekdays. It is part of the living environment of Boucherville.
