Our Mission
Assistance aux femmes is a shelter located in Montréal whose mission is to provide safe housing on a confidential basis and free of charge to women from all cultural communities who face domestic violence and their children.
About Maison d'hébergement Assistance aux femmes de Montréal / Montreal Women's Aid Shelter
We accept requests for shelter at all times. We offer counselling and support as well as follow-up services for each resident. Thanks to our telephone support services and outreach program, we also provide assistance to women who do not require shelter.
Our personnel speak English, French and Spanish; in addition, interpreters are called in whenever needed. Our ability to offer our services in many languages allows us to help women from all backgrounds.
