For children and their families
Butterfly House will be first and foremost welcoming, safe and adapted to the needs of the children and their families. It will mirror their home environment and daily, it will offer a variety of activities to support, stimulate and bring joy to both the children and their families. The home will offer play therapy, art, yoga and music as well as pet therapy and massage therapy.
Set on four acres of land along the Gatineau River, the home will include a total of eight beds, six children's rooms and two family suites, playrooms, motricity rooms, a multi-sensory room, healing rooms, an outdoor playground, a memorial site, a lighted walking trail and much more.
Children and families will be the heart of the home and all care and services will revolve around their needs in order to accompany them individually and collectively in their own unique life journey.
