Manitoba Underdogs Rescue, a registered charity and non-profit organization, operates on a foster home-based model with a dedicated volunteer team.
Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, care for, and ultimately seek out permanent and loving homes for Manitoba dogs.
In addition to this, we partner with First Nations communities to empower responsible dog ownership and welfare through education, support, and vet services.

2) Provide the highest level of foster and veterinary care to all dogs in our foster and adoption programs.
3) Maintain a safe and welcoming community for our volunteers, fosters, adopters and partners.
4) Provide advice and support to fosters and adopters with the goal of maintaining successful relationships between dog and owner.
5) Partner with local organizations to help control animal population in Manitoba.
