Your donation can  provide personalized support to a stroke survivor or caregiver through our After Stroke program.  After Stroke connects stroke survivors and their families with a personalized recovery plan, resources in their community, and a network of support to help navigate the path forward after a stroke.  Funding goes towards making the After Stroke program accessible to stroke survivors and caregivers, offering a much-needed sense of connection, mentorship, and resources to help them re-engage with the people, places, and activities in their community they love and value.
