Your donation will give a stroke survivor the opportunity to attend a 10-week hand and arm exercise program focused on recovering fine motor skills. The Graded Repetitive Arm Supplementary Program (GRASP) is a supervised, self-managed program that guides stroke survivors through challenging but repetitive exercises while offering much needed encouragement. Funding goes towards a 10-week GRASP program for stroke survivors, promoting fine motor skill recovery through supervised exercises and encouragement.
