More than a meal. A connection that matters.

Since 1969, Meals on Wheels – Central Okanagan has helped neighbours stay nourished, connected and supported in their own homes.

We deliver nutritious, prepared meals on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to people who have difficulty shopping or cooking for themselves. We serve seniors, veterans, people living with disabilities and those recovering from illness or surgery across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Peachland and Winfield.

Care at the doorstep

Each delivery brings a meal, a friendly hello and a reassuring wellness check. Our dedicated volunteers offer regular contact and watch for concerns that may need follow-up from our client care team. For someone living alone, that familiar face can be an important connection—and a source of reassurance for family and caregivers.

In 2025/26, we delivered 16,750 meals to more than 250 neighbours.

Client meal payments cover only part of what makes this service possible. Donations help sustain meal delivery, volunteer coordination, client support and wellness checks, while helping us respond to financial barriers to accessing meals.
