We are a public library, connecting the communities of Merrickville-Wolford and Montague Township with books, DVDs, magazines, audiobooks, large print, computer/Internet access, online resources, local genealogy info, museum passes, meeting space and more!
The Library also entertains, educates, and engages our communities with a variety of programs and activities for children and adults, including: StoryTime, Summer Reading Club, Art programs, Book Club, "Off the Shelf" (readings for adults), and many more.
While most of the funding for our core services is provided by our municipalities, we rely on the generosity of donors to sponsor many of our digital and other special services and programs, such as ebooks, online databases, film streaming, DVD pool, and children’s programs, as well as equipment and furnishings. The financial support of our community – including the Friends of the Library and the Lions Club, which donated our current building - is greatly appreciated.
