Welcome to our sponsorship fundraising page.

We are a group of gay, lesbian, non-binary and cis-folks with long-time personal connections to the queer, non-binary, and trans communities in Toronto. Between us we have a wealth of experience in mental health, law, refugee advocacy, and human rights activism.

We are working together to sponsor a girl who identify as lesbian to come to safety in Canada. She is pressured from her family to get married to a man and she has no rights where she lives, and all what she wants now is to feel safe and have the minimum rights as a human being.

Your contributions to this fundraiser will help to make this possible and is intended to, among other things, provide support for 1 year inclusive of accommodation, mental health support, shelter and clothing.
