Mission Eurasia Canada was founded in 1992, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, by Reverend Peter and Anita Deyneka (Russian Ministries) to respond quickly and decisively to new opportunities for evangelism and church planting in this former communist empire.
Today, under the leadership of Dr. Gordon Belfour, Mission Eurasia Canada and the in-country team work in 15 countries of Eurasia and Israel to train, equip, and mobilize the Next Generation of Christian leaders to transform their nations for Christ through strategic, holistic ministry.
The countries include Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Poland, and Israel.
