Our Mission
Since 1992, Moisson Rive-Sud works relentlessly on accomplishing its mission: strive to fight against hunger and food insecurity in the Montérégie area besides contributing to sustainable development.
About Moisson Rive-Sud
Moisson Rive-Sud is the main food bank of the south shore of Montreal. Covering more than 70% of the territory, it collects nearly 3.3 million Kg of food from companies and redistributes it free of charge to more than 100 organizations working with the vulnerable population. Thanks to our operating costs of less than 5% that each donation of $1 allows Moisson Rive-Sud to redistribute more than $21 in food.
