Momentum Counselling is a non-profit, registered charity providing accessible mental health counselling, groups, and social work support to individuals and families across Edmonton and throughout Alberta.
Mental health is no longer someone else's issue. It is a community issue. Yet for many people, professional support remains out of reach due to financial barriers, long wait times, insurance limitations, or referral requirements.
Momentum Counselling exists to fill this critical gap. Through a sliding fee scale starting at just $8, no referral requirements, and both virtual and in-person services, we help people access care when they need it most.
Your donation helps ensure that a young person does not have to wait months for support, that someone struggling in silence receives help before reaching a crisis, and that individuals and families across our community have somewhere to turn.
