Across Canada, single moms are doing everything they can to care for their children — often carrying exhaustion, isolation, and uncertainty quietly on their shoulders. MOMS Canada exists to remind these moms that they are seen, supported, and not alone.
Our flagship program, Empowered MOMS, is at the heart of everything we do.
Empowered MOMS is a group-based program created specifically for single moms. Through 10 professionally produced video sessions, shared over 10–12 weeks, moms gather in safe, welcoming spaces to connect, reflect, and grow together.
Through Empowered MOMS, single moms:

Programs are offered in person and virtually, in partnership with churches and community groups, making Empowered MOMS accessible to single moms across Canada.
