Our Mission
The Montreal Ronald McDonald House is a temporary home away from home at a reasonable price ($10 per night per family) for out of town (more than 55 km of Montreal) families of children with critical illnesses who must travel to Montreal for medical treatment.
About MONTREAL RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE
The Montreal Ronald McDonald House offers its services to all of the Montreal Children’s hospital. It offers parents a comfortable place to stay within a five minutes’ walk from Saint-Justine Hospital. It’s a home where a parent can sleep, prepare their meals and most importantly visit their child anytime of the day and night just a few steps away.
Each of the 50 bedrooms is designed for three people, with a single and a double bed, and a full bathroom.
Common areas available to guess include two fully equipped kitchens, several living rooms, a library, two laundry rooms and playrooms.
Milk, bread, English muffin, coffee, tea, sugar, yogurt, toilet paper, laundry soap, paper towels and house cleaning products are provided free of charge by our partnership.
