Our main goal is to provide people with food who are struggling to meet this need. The need for people to be able to access our services has gone up by 17% in the past 2 years. Approximately 45% of our clients are children and because our community is so giving, we are able to meet the needs of others and help them too attain adequate food.
In 2018 we handed out 4355 food hampers. We averaged approximately 363 food hampers per month, and helped 3909 children.
We like to give a 2 liter of 2% milk in our hampers that have school aged children in the household. You can give towards this and help children by donating to our milk fund.
We are not government subsidized and rely solely on our community, businesses and people like you to help us continue to help others.
We work with and through service clubs, churches, private groups or social service agencies in providing food to needy individuals and families withing Moose Jaw and surrounding districts at no cost to recipients.
You can set up one time giving or set up monthly regular giving on here. Every dollar counts to help us to fight hunger.
