MPC Fdn is a grassroots, volunteer-based organization whose singular mission is to mitigate & prevent social isolation for seniors. Social isolation is a prime trigger for mental health issues. Our work is centred on removing barriers to social inclusion and by doing so we improve quality of life, enhance coping skills and increase seniors' potential to contribute to society.
Donations will help us empower seniors with skills, tools, resources & opportunities to learn, play & connect so that they can age successfully & independently in the community. We will reach those who are isolated, surround them with a supportive network, provide opportunities for them to engage and needed assistance, resources and connections to live independently in the community
