Music at Port Milford brings together promising youth who are passionate about chamber music with internationally renowned faculty to create an inspiring summer camp and festival in pastoral Prince Edward County.
Since 1987, Music at Port Milford (MPM) has inspired generations of young musicians through its annual summer academy. Students not only develop musically, they also learn how to effectively collaborate with one another.
MPM attracts and retains highly qualified faculty who bring their passion for music and education to the camp each year. MPM’s artist faculty are drawn from North America’s foremost orchestras, chamber ensembles, and music schools. In addition to student performances of chamber, choral and orchestral works, Music at Port Milford presents its esteemed faculty artists in weekly concerts each summer.
MPM also supports life-long learning and a passion for classical music through pre-teen and adult programs (Choral Day Camp & Adult Intensive).
