Burundian refugees
Burundian refugees living in Rwanda, in the refugee camp as well as in urban centres, face a number of problems related to living in exile:
- A lack of the means of subsistence;
- Difficulties in schooling children and young people;
- Despair resulting from the insecurity of living conditions;
- Juvenile delinquency resulting from idleness;
- Psychological disorders.
The objective of this project is thus to help Burundian refugees to emerge from extreme poverty.
