Across Africa, women & girls and youth continue to face systemic barriers that limit their ability to learn, lead and thrive. Whether through unequal access to education and skills, restricted economic opportunities, the absence of supportive environments, and even chronic poor nutrition - these obstacles not only hold back their own personal potential; they interfere with their families’ and communities’ abilities to prosper. Supporting women’s and youth leadership and active participation at all levels creates conditions where women and youth become key contributors to driving lasting – and systemic – change.
Goals
Equip women and youth across Africa with the knowledge, skills, nutrition and supportive environments needed to strengthen their wellbeing, expand their opportunities and break persistent and intergenerational cycles of poverty.
