We continue to expand our endeavours and adapt as need dictates. Our search for a location from which we could provide a sit down meal as well as partner to provide other services during the day continues as well.

Post Covid Update

For over a year now, since losing our space in the Nanaimo Community Service building which is now Supportive Housing, the 7-10 Club has been utilizing space at a other non profit to prepare and distribute the equivelent of 200 meals through distribution of enhanced bag lunches. Each bag containes juice, sandwich, yogurt, granolla bar, fruit and baked good. All items are fresh.

The 7-10 Club has also at times, contracted through the City of Nanaimo, provided Warming and Cooling centers at which it can provide hot meals.

Currenly we not only distribute our 7-10 enhanced bag lunches but are also distributing to the community a hot boxed meal provided by another organization.

It is our hope that in the near or not too distant future we will once again have a space to operate indoors on a permanent basis.
