About NANAIMO MARINE RESCUE SOCIETY
The funds necessary to operate RCM-SAR Station 27 are raised through the Nanaimo Marine Rescue Society (NMRS), a registered charitable organization in Canada. Your donations are tax-deductible, with tax receipts issued for all donations.
RCM-SAR Station 27 – Nanaimo provides marine search and rescue services to the community and promotes safe boating practices through education and safety checks. All members are volunteers and all equipment, including our boats, is purchased through funds raised by donation.
