The Navy League of Canada, Ontario Division, supports 59 branches in delivering the Navy League and Sea Cadet programs to youth aged 9-18.
Our Mission
Operating since 1918, we aim to promote, organize, sponsor, support and encourage the education of the youth of Ontario through Cadet movements, and through the provision of recreational opportunities and training, to further the physical and mental fitness of our Cadets.
We oversee 59 Branches which sponsor our Navy League Cadet and Sea Cadet programs across Ontario. Our branches are run by passionate, hard-working and engaged volunteers who believe in the value of the cadet programs.
Our programs offer Oceans of Opportunity!
Royal Canadian Sea Cadets
For youth aged 12 to 18 years of age, this program develops good citizens with strong leadership qualities, promotes physical health and encourages youth to pursue their interests in naval activities while teaching the history of the Canadian Forces.
Navy League Cadets
For youth aged 9 to 12 years of age, this program inspires a sense of duty, discipline, respect for themselves and for others while promoting physical activity and instructing basic naval courses and the principles of good citizenship.
