We create inclusive and welcoming spaces where participants can interact with peers, enjoy free healthy meals and have access to a variety of supports and referral services.
We procure, transform and distribute healthy whole foods in a variety of ways—prioritizing dignity and choice for community members—and provide market opportunities for local producers.
We offer hands-on programming in our kitchen and in schools, community centres, and low-income seniors’ residences to build knowledge, skills and confidence around healthy eating in interactive ways.
We offer programming in collective gardens and in garden classrooms to develop healthy food habits and engage community members with the food cycle while increasing access to local produce.
We offer a volunteer program with a wide variety of opportunities to support our mission while making social connections, learning new skills and participating in a healthy food community.
We conduct regular evaluations across programs and within programs and use feedback to improve our impacts year to year.
