Our Mission
The Nesika Cultural and Heritage Society recognizes that the protection of Aboriginal Title and Rights is strongly linked to the preservation of culture and heritage. We will work to pass on the knowledge we have been given and protect the resources we have now to pass on strength and pride for future generations.

The Nesika Cultural and Heritage Society finds its roots in the historical newsletter of the Union of BC Indian Chiefs. Like our namesake, we carry on the tradition of promiting communication & education on the principle that there is power in knowledge and strength in unity.
Nesika seeks to engage in and support projects that provide practical education, community-based research and projects that seek to preserve and protect land, heritage and culture.
