Restoration Project
St Mary the Virgin Anglican Church has been a landmark in the Village of New Maryland since its construction in 1864. The building has not been used for worship since 1987, and on October 3, 2019, was deconsecrated. On November 1, 2019, The New Maryland Heritage Association Inc. assumed stewardship of this historic building to restore its central role in the community.
