Over the past 17 years, NPTGS has:Raised/leveraged nearly $8 million for projects to benefit Indigenous and non-Indigenous corridor communities
Created 26,000-plus person-days of employment for Indigenous and non-Indigenous corridor residents
Built or restored 430-plus km of heritage trails and installed dozens of signs, kiosks and campsites, and;
Launched and/or completed over 20 major projects, creating new heritage tourism assets that generate revenues for local economies
