New Story Community exists to promote the flourishing of Indigenous women in a place of
safety, beauty, and community. It provides a safe and nurturing space for Indigenous women
to begin or continue their healing journey. The New Story women live together and within the
support of a strong Christian community. Together they participate in a comprehensive six-toseven-
month program of healing and recovery, of Bible and academic study, of practical and
vocational skills development, and of the setting and accomplishing of personal goals.
