Facilitating: Short-term trips to learn, share, and serve long-term with community leaders. Leadership Development: facilitate conferences and materials to equip national leaders in discipleship, leadership in the home, workplace, and the local church.
Equipping: Resource Development: Produce, translate and distribute relevant materials into Spanish. Serve as translators and instructors in the training of future global workers
Strengthening: Community Development Projects: Develop resources and financial subsidies for strategic projects that strengthen and expand the reach and capacity of the local communities. Expanding schools/clinics, building homes, providing food
The result is connecting strengths to eradicate multidimensional poverty as we work together finding common ground and building strong relationships.
