Ngadi Foundation is dedicated to using its resources to empower, educate, and encourage youth to reach their full potentials, as well as to use their talents and skills to be agents of positive change in their communities. We believe that when young people apply their skills in serving their communities, they not only build personal character, they can be potent force to reckon with in building a better society. It is crucial to provide opportunities for young people to develop their talents through meaningful participation in their communities. We aim to work with local organizations, businesses, government, schools, churches and other sectors of society to provide opportunities for youth to discover, develop and use their talents, and gain appropriate leadership skills that are necessary to life.
