Providing attractive and affordable housing for Seniors.

We are a self supporting organization that provides safe, secure, affordable housing to seniors in Fort St John and surrounding area. 

We have four buildings totaling 144 apartments which are joined under one roof allowing us to provide a seniors community where residents can visit and take part in in-house social activities. Home cooked meals are provided to apartments 3 & 4 as part of their rent, however any tenant can purchase meals and join those tenants for lunch or supper daily.

Our Society is looking ahead to the future by housing more seniors on our current 120 + wait list by building a new apartment building on the old Elks Sunset Home. To do this we rely on our donors to help build the new facility and provide that needed housing to those currently waiting for an apartment.
