Nourri-Source is an organization dedicated to promoting and fostering breastfeeding, providing support, and guidance to individuals and groups interested in breastfeeding.

The larger organization is divided into 9 different regions across Quebec.

Nourri-Source Estrie, established in 2014, comprises volunteer women committed to assisting and supporting new mothers and their partners in their breastfeeding journey.

Their services include, among others, pairing new and future mothers with experienced breastfeeding women to offer assistance through support, encouragement, information, and a range of technical advice related to breastfeeding. These services are accessible via phone, text, or email.
