NPower Canada programs provide participants with free in-demand digital and professional skills training, and connects them to new and rewarding career opportunities with employers across Canada. Through our virtual no-cost IT, data analytics, and cybersecurity skills training, professional development, job placement, and alumni services, NPower Canada is committed to reducing poverty by upskilling youth and adults facing systemic barriers to employment, such as BIPOC youth, New Canadians, LGBTQ2S+, and job seekers with disabilities, with the technical and professional skills employers urgently need.

We take a dual-client approach to program development, providing employers with access to a pipeline of eager, diverse and job-ready talent with in-demand digital skills who are primed to succeed in the workplace. Graduates receive ongoing support and coaching to ensure continued success in their careers.
