The NSDRC Foundation exists to elevate the lives of North Shore residents with disabilities and their families.

Our vision is a world built on principles of inclusion and compassion; a world where all people recognize the benefits of building systems which foster a stronger sense of connectedness & inclusion; a world where people with disabilities and their families, can participate fully and make valuable contributions which enrich our community.  

The  NSDRC Foundation was created in 2005 for the purposes of cultivating resources and securing assets for the programs and services of the North Shore Disability Resource Centre Association.

The NSDRC Foundation received a Certificate of Incorporation on May 13, 2005 and was registered as a foundation on June 28, 2005.

Donations made to the NSDRC Foundation support the programs and services of the North Shore Disability Resource Association, which serve people with disabilities of any age, their families, caregivers, and supports. 

Donations to the NSDRC Foundation are gratefully accepted from individuals, families and corporations. Donations over $20.00 receive a tax receipt and can be one-time, monthly or left as a legacy. Donations of securities or mutual funds can also be made.
