Costume, lighting, and set designers are supported by artists skilled in construction, pattern drafting, welding and shoemaking. Stage Managers pull the intricate machine that is theatre together. All work together to deliver an experience that brings an audience to its feet.However, as seasoned artists progress in their careers and look towards retirement, new generations need access to experiences and education that promote growth. Community arts groups benefit from volunteers skilled in various aspects of theater arts.
