Today, over 4,900 people from 118 nationalities serve with OM in more than 120 countries. We are a mix of traditional workers, marketplace professionals, artists, pastors, teachers and more.
We want to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers in reach of everyone. In order to reverse the trajectory of the least reached, we want to be a catalyst to see 25,000 new vibrant communities of Jesus followers being launched every year, by 2030.
