Open Doors Mental Health for Children, Youth & Families (ODMH) is an accredited Child and Youth Mental Health agency providing high-quality, free services across Lanark County for children, youth and their families and caregivers.
We believe no child, youth, or family should have to face life’s challenges alone. Our team of caring professionals supports children and youth who are experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioural challenges, trauma, and life transitions by offering compassionate, individualized care that meets them where they are.
At ODMH, we take the time to listen and tailor our approach to each unique situation, because every journey is different. Through counselling, family resource work, group programs, and community-based supports, we walk alongside families every step of the way.
