Options for Independent Living and Development is a registered charity, offering  several opportunities and programmes to promote and encourage individuals to develop a greater sense of self, well-being and a degree of healthy independence in a safe, structured environment. 

This goal is facilitated through the provision of housing, individual supports, learning environments and social opportunities that are tailored, but not limited, to the special needs population.
