Who We Are: Options Mississauga is a federally incorporated charity which has operated a successful social enterprise in the Port Credit area of Mississauga since 1993. 
Our Mission: Options Mississauga provides innovative employment training strategies in support of the employment goals of individuals who have an intellectual disability. 
Our Vision:  A community where individuals who have an intellectual disability are able to access and sustain employment options as an integral element of community inclusion.
Our Programs: We offer three training programs for individuals who are over the age of 18 and finished high school
  • Our Retail Training Program uses the infrastructure of our retail printing and office services store to provide skills development related to retail employment, and provides a pool of potential candidates for internal employment in our organization.
  • Our Arts Training Program offers training by professional artists to individuals who are interested in developing a self-directed career as artists.
  • Our Culinary Training Program offers cooking and food handling training by a professional chef to individuals who are interested in seeking employment in the food services industry. About 2/3 of intellectually disabled adults in Canada who are employed have found jobs in this sector.
 Our Business:  We currently offer two commercial enterprises with more on the horizon
  • Options Mississauga Print and Office Services retail store provides a full array of printing products. We also provide office services such as Mailboxes, Photocopying, FAXing, Laminating, Shredding and Purolator Shipping and more.
  • Options Mississauga Visual Arts Enterprise promotes and sells amazing artwork created by intellectually disabled artists.
