Our Mission

Orford Music's mission is to offer world-class education and performance opportunities to young and talented students of classical music from all over the world.

About Orford Music

Previously known as the Orford Arts Centre's, Orford Music's summer academy runs for 9 weeks and is an opportunity for over 500 international students, selected by audition, to study with over 54 of the world's most important teachers and performers of classical music.

These students live on our 222-acre campus located in the Eastern Townships in Mount Orford National Park, 130 kilometers from Montreal in Quebec.

All donations go towards helping us in our mission. 

Students have the opportunity to perform in our 500-seat Gilles Lefebvre Concert Hall or in various surrounding towns during our Orford Festival thereby putting his or her newfound knowledge into practice.
