Ottawa Chamberfest is the world’s largest chamber music festival of its kind, celebrating over 30 years of musical excellence. As Ottawa’s only year-round chamber music organization, we bring together the boldest names in small ensemble and solo performance—from local talent to international stars.

We celebrate diverse musical voices and champion underrepresented perspectives. Through inclusive programming and leadership, we aim to engage youth and communities from all backgrounds, making chamber music accessible, inspiring, and unforgettable.
What We Do
Our Summer Festival is a globally renowned celebration of chamber music, featuring hundreds of performances across Ottawa. Winner of seven consecutive Lieutenant-Governor’s Awards for the Arts.
The Concert Series (Fall–Spring) is a curated lineup of intimate performances showcasing the finest in classical and contemporary chamber music.
The Community Engagement & Education programs connect with schools, families, and diverse communities to foster a lifelong love of music.
We will help you have innovative experiences when we push the boundaries of tradition with fresh, immersive formats at our Chamber Fringe. These are casual concerts in local venues that bring chamber music into everyday spaces—perfect for newcomers and seasoned fans alike.
