We are a place of refuge and support for new mothers in crisis on their journey to motherhood.
Our Lady of Guadalupe Home is the only residence for women in crisis pregnancy for more than 150 km. We are here to support future and new moms and their babies on the journey to motherhood. Our mothers learn to nurture and care for their babies in the atmosphere of a home, and have the opportunity to continue their education.
Our home encourages personal growth for mothers in learning to love, nurture and care for their new babies:
-by providing a safe haven and support for mothers and pregnant women who have no place to go
-by assisting with the development of skills needed to be good mothers; hands-on learning in a supportive home environment
-by supporting and fostering healthy habits for mother and baby: spiritual, emotional and physical
-by providing opportunity and support for continued education, making financial independence possible
