Our Mission
PAF is a non-profit, all volunteer feral cat rescue and advocacy group. Our organization dedicates its resources to humanely reducing the feral cat population through a Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) program in BC, and elsewhere in Canada, and advocating for TNR programs to be included in budgets by municipalities and large animal welfare organizations.
