We strive to empower newcomers and refugees through their journey of making Ottawa their new home to increase their employability in the Ottawa job market by providing education, training, counseling, settlement, and other support programs and services and by creating employment opportunities through partnership with employers in Ottawa region, and facilitation of volunteer work experience placements leading to employment and promoting mutual respect and fostering healthy and inclusive space for open dialogue and equal opportunity for people be productive members of the Canadian society.
