Pax Christi Chorale
Pax Christi Chorale is a large auditioned choir that shares its passion for choral music through singing, performance and outreach. We strive to inspire audiences with thoughtful programming, from grand choral masterworks to contemporary compositions. Dr. Elaine Choi was appointed Artistic Director of Pax Christi Chorale in the summer of 2022.
Comprised of over 100 voices, Pax welcomes choral singers from all backgrounds and walks of life. Our choristers range from young adults to seniors, with many having sung with the choir for 10 years or more. Nine choral professionals provide vocal leadership within each voice part and assist with voice coaching and rehearsal sectionals. We encourage the development of a cohesive choral culture; a culture in which all singers are invited to contribute and encouraged to improve their musicianship in an atmosphere of respect and professionalism.
