Perspective Autonomie en Santé Mentale -PASM

Perspective Autonomie en Santé Mentale - PASM is a non-profit organization composed of peer support workers whose mission is to accompany citizens in the process of mental health recovery.

We offer listening and support to anyone experiencing mental health difficulties or emotional distress on a daily basis, such as:

• anxiety disorders (phobias, panic disorder, generalized anxiety)
• personality disorders
• mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder)
• psychotic disorders
• obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
• post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
• all other problems affecting emotional balance (stress, loneliness, grief, COVID-19, burnout)
The peer support worker is a person who lives in balance with their mental health recovery. Because of their personal experience, peer support workers are able to understand the person's situation and accompany them. Their role is to give hope, support and empower the person in their recovery process. Recovery consists of: developing a quality of life, the ability to appropriate and expand one's range of personal tools.
New: a family peer-support service has been added to the support offer. A family peer support worker is a member of the family of a person living with a mental health problem, who has been trained to listen to and support the family and loved ones.
The accompaniments are free, flexible, adapted to the needs of the person.
