Petites-Mains is an integration company that is part of the large social economy family of Montreal. Since 1995, Petites-Mains has contributed to the socio-professional integration of people in need, mostly immigrant women, marginalized and isolated from society, so that they can live in dignity in Quebec.

Thanks to trust and partnership with various public, private and community actors, Petites-Mains intervenes at all stages of their socio-professional integration: from learning French to discovering Québec's culture and the labor market by learning a new job in our training workshops in industrial sewing, kitchen and office clerks, the acquisition of professional experience, until they obtain a sustainable employment adapted to their needs.

To meet the growing demand of our customers, we decided to add additional services and to renew our training equipment. These complementary services include the setting up of an daycare center to meet the needs of the various clienteles attending Petites-Mains, as well as the development of our psychosocial support program for women, taking into account the specific problems encountered.
