The Society helps support women and children during their healing journey and their road to recovery of mind, body, and spirit.
The Society offers emotional support, crisis intervention, safety planning, supports for children, and specialized outreach services.
Our Mission:
We at the Phoenix Transition Society are here to support women and children during their healing journey. We do this in a caring, safe, and respectful atmosphere that facilitates personal discovery of mind, body, and spirit.
Philosophy:
Our transition house operates with a feminist focus. Our goal is to assist women through positive self-development while transitioning into mainstream society. The house is dedicated to serving the needs of women and children, including those who are relocating to the area, to assist in improving their quality of life in the community.
