It is impossible to adequately convey the level of impact and hardship the social challenges we've witnessed in recent years has had, particularly in the lives of young people and their families who are experiencing marginalization. Rising costs have impacted virtually every aspect of life and the unprecedented lack of safe, dignified, and affordable housing across the country and here in Nova Scotia has meant that even more young people in our community have no safe place to call home. 

The team at Phoenix has long understood that youth will thrive when supported with the safety, resources, and opportunities they deserve. The nature of our programs and services has been ever evolving to respond to and meet those demands as the world around us constantly shifts. The responsibilities we are called to in our work with your support are significant, complicated, meaningful, and life-altering; together we truly make an instrumental difference in the lives that we touch and what we are able to accomplish in support of those who need us.  

This spring, we hope we can continue to count on the support of those who share in our belief that together with kindness, compassion, and support, our community will become stronger and more vibrant. 

Let's ensure the youth of today have the resources they need to achieve brighter futures for themselves, and for generations to come.
