Each year 700-1000 youth access Phoenix for shelter, food, advocacy, housing support, health care, parenting support, recreation, supportive counselling, education and employment services, and clinical therapy.

Through the current COVID-19 pandemic, Phoenix's Residential Programs (Phoenix Youth Shelter, Phoenix House, and Phoenix Homes for Independence) continue to operate, providing both emergency and longer-term housing for youth. Phoenix is doing our utmost to support youth in sheltering in place, social distancing, and harm reduction while also enhancing efforts to make our spaces healthy and safe for both staff and youth.

Over the past year we have modified our service delivery and supports within our community programming in order to continue offering meaningful support. Our staff are extremely busy providing vital assistance and urgent outreach to youth and families. All programs are active and engaged.
